Shipping policy

All our packaging for postage is made from pre-used cardboard, meaning that in the 10 years I’ve been in business we have never purchased new packaging. We work hard to reduce our wastage, so don’t be surprised if your picture arrives in pre-loved cardboard.

All items are generally dispatched within 1-2 days. 

Postage fees are based on the overall weight and size of the goods being ordered, and these are calculated at checkout. These are split into three categories:

 

£0.99 - Greetings cards, colouring books, single coasters, small prints

Royal Mail First Class (1-2 business days from dispatch)

 

£3.50 - Small frames, Large prints, set of 4 coasters, 

Royal Mail Small Parcel  (1-2 business days from dispatch)

 

£9.50 - Large Frames, set of 3 small frames

DHL (Next day delivery, from dispatch)

 

Please contact me if your item is massively urgent, or has complex delivery requirements, and I'll do what I can to meet your needs.

If there is a delay to dispatch or postage times for any reason, I will always contact you immediately to resolve any inconveniences.
